The week started off with some dull chest pains, as if it were slowly being blown up like a balloon.
I love the doctor’s clinical diagnosis of the x-ray: Chest is miniature, the heart is of normal size.

I’M GOING TO… make room. Open the windows. Let things go. De-clutter. Get the To Do apps fired up again. Unlearn. Count my blessings. Undo. Get my act together. Breathe. Hot yoga. Let dust collect in a pool in my clavicles while I stand in one spot and think for awhile.
